This week, Bond news has been dominated by the release of the game 007 First Light. After previews and world premieres, now everyone can get their hands on the latest Bond game, which many call the best Bond game ever.

007 First Light, the original action-adventure game from IO Interactive and Amazon MGM Studios, is available now on Amazon in different collector’s editions.

Artist Jeff Marshall revealed a special piece of artwork connected to the 007 First Light video game.

According to Marshall, he was contacted late last year by a screenwriter and narrative designer who has worked with IO Interactive on “Project 007” since 2022. The request: reimagine Marshall’s well-known 60th anniversary James Bond illustration, originally featuring the six actors who portrayed Bond between 1962 and 2002, with a seventh Bond added.

The new artwork incorporates Patrick Gibson, who stars as the younger Bond in 007 First Light, alongside his predecessors.

Today, Thursday 28th May, Ian Fleming’s birthday, Ian Fleming Publications announce three new publishing projects coming in 2026. Each take us further into the worlds of Felix Leiter, teenage James Bond and Ian Fleming himself.
