After a long holiday break, I’m back into the Bond action - although there’s not much happening.

Corgi announced a very cool Aston Martin Valhalla model based on the 007 First Light game - most likely the first of several vehicles from the film that will be released.

Also our good friend and author and Bond expert Mark O’Connell, who you all know from Catching Bullets and often see on tv commenting on the latest Bond news, has announced his brand new book Bond, Queer Bond.

I’m downsizing parts of my Bond collection, selling some unique and hard to find items, scroll down for this week’s offering.

James Bond is still coming to Netflix
…but a bit later than expected.

A slight delay for the Bond films hitting Netflix. Instead of 15 January, the films are now scheduled to be on the streamer starting January 21st.

This is the first time the films will all be on Netflix and the series will also include the non-EON Bond film Never Say Never Again.

Bond, Queer Bond

From our friend and fellow Bond fan Mark O’Connell comes this new book, Bond, Queer Bond.

The book is an original, warm-witted and illuminating chronicle about the queer talents, beats and personalities that have shaped the James Bond phenomenon in all its forms.

The book can be pre-ordered at Amazon UK (£22) and will be released on 14 May 2026.

Corgi Aston Martin Valhalla from 007 First Light

Corgi has unveiled the Aston Martin Valhalla from 007 First Light as a 1:36 scale model.

The model supercar with cool-looking Q-gadgets will be released this summer, and can be pre-ordered for £39.99.

This is the first official model car from the new Bond video game and likely not the last.

Is Callum Turner the next 007?

There have been many rumour about the next Bond actor and this might be just one of them, but somehow this one gets some traction, so I thought to mention it. Not in the least because I think Callum Turner could be a good Bond!
