A new 007 Comic Strip Collection features the first seven full-length James Bond newspaper comic-strip adventures that helped inspire the James Bond cinematic universe.

While listening to the On Her Majesty’s Secret Service Minute by Minute podcast, I was inspired to take a closer look at the black Rolls-Royce owned by M (Bernard Lee), Head of the British Secret Service MI6.

The impressive vehicle is parked outside of M's private residence Quarterdeck, next to the green 1969 Aston Martin DBS of James Bond, who is visiting.

M's car is a 1954 Rolls-Royce Phantom IV by H.J. Mulliner, a vehicle that even by Rolls-Royce standards was extremely rare.

The comedy series Bait is now live on Prime Video.

From Oscar and Emmy winner Riz Ahmed comes Bait, a comedy about Shah Latif, a struggling actor. His last chance to hit it big comes in the form of an audition of a lifetime: the role of James Bond. We follow him over the course of four wild days as his life spirals out of control and his family, ex-lover and the entire world weigh in on whether he is the right man for the job.

The series starts with a Bond-style scene including David Arnold Bond music, but don’t expect a typical James Bond story - according to some of the Rotten Tomatoes reviews, this is a dark comedy about “the psychological cost of performing, both on- and off-camera” and “Bait uses dark humour to explore identity, class, toxic masculinity, and the complicated space of assimilation“.

All 25 official James Bond films currently streaming on Netflix will be removed on April 21, 2026, with April 20 as the final day to watch the complete EON catalogue in one place.

The Hook and the Eye is now published in Polish by Skarpa Warszawska with a new cover design.

The story is set in Fleming’s timeline of the 1950s, between Live and Let Die and Diamonds are Forever, and sees Felix turned private eye. A mystery, a romance, a spy story, a road trip tale and a postcard of a lost Americana.​
