Omega releases new Planet Ocean

Omega has released the 4th generation of the Seamaster Planet Ocean model to mixed reviews. The model is a contender for Bond’s next watch as 007 has previously worn Planet Ocean watches in Casino Royale, Quantum of Solace and SkyFall.

Mercury Cougar on display at RAC

The Mercury Cougar XR-7 driven by Tracy di Vicenzo, played by Diana Rigg, in On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, was on display at Royal Automobile Club in London, during an private Spy Octane James Bond presentation to members.

The first in a series, Spy Octane is a guide to the cars of James Bond, written by Matthew Field and Ajay Chowdhury.

Bond’s speakers in NTTD

Not visible in the movie, but in some behind-the-scenes photos, the stereo system of James Bond in his Jamaican house can just be spotted. It includes a Marantz stereo set and Bowers & Wilkins 603 S2 speakers. A similar set of speakers can be found on eBay for $950.
