The original cardigan was never identified although John Smedley claimed the jacket in an Instagram post earlier this year without providing evidence (although it could be true and would have been a good choice).

Ian Fleming Publications has partnered with IDW Publishing for a new series of original James Bond comics, with writer Grant Morrison set to launch the collaboration with a six-part story titled Sunbreaker.

David Zaritsky (The Bond Experience) has collaborated with tailor Timothy Everest MBE to create the Zaritsky Perfect Journey jacket.

The latest edition of Bondesque Magazine, issue 13, is now available to order, featuring stories about Diamonds Are Forever in Amsterdam, James Bond’s Saab “Silver Beast”, lost 007 design concepts, early Bond video games and more.

In Octopussy (1983), James Bond wore the distinctive Seiko G757-5020, a digital watch that is now rare, expensive and increasingly difficult to repair.

A new Kickstarter project takes inspiration from that Bond watch, using the affordable Casio AE-1200 “Casio Royale” as the starting point for a modern alternative. The campaign is ending soon.
